Refund policy

At Clara Voigt Art, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size ordered or change of mind.

We do accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item

If this applies to your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at claravoigt@claravoigtart.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Please note:

• We do not cover return shipping costs for non-defective items
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Sale items are non-refundable
